BakerHicks launch new-look Graduate Scheme .

Today BakerHicks welcomed 13 new graduates into the business, marking the launch of the company’s new-look Graduate Scheme for 2020.

To kick-off their journey at BakerHicks, the graduates attended a socially distant induction day, held at the company’s Manchester office. Managing Director, Martin Lubieniecki, welcomed them and gave them an overview of the company and the scheme.

The Graduate Scheme is part of a long-term commitment by the business to attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent in the industry. It provides a structured and practical training programme, helping new graduates on their path to becoming chartered engineers and architects.

Covering core values and competencies, graduates on the scheme will experience all aspects of the business through practical placements, on-the-job coaching and tailored training. With a focus on personal and technical skills development, the programme provides graduates with the opportunity to be involved in a variety of exciting projects, a mentoring scheme, access to business leaders, and the chance to work with some world-class clients.
